 By placing an order through this website, you will agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement.

General: Stock availability

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but there may be a stock discrepancy from time to time, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, contact you if you would prefer to await restocking the back ordered item or want a refund.

Shipping rates

We are currently offering free standard shipping for all our products with no restrictions or conditions on minimum cart value!!!! 

 

Shipping and handling time:

We specify the particular shipping time for our products in the respective product pages for your convenience. Since we source products from all over the world, shipping times may vary between products. Please expect multiple packages at different times for one single order having more than one item. Each product will have just one shipping time. We select the fastest possible shipping time before putting it up on our product pages.

Dispatch Time

We usually dispatch your orders within 3-5 business days of payment of an order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address

We will try to change the address for a change of delivery address before an order has been dispatched. So we advise you to inform us of any changes in the name and address within the first 6 hours of placing your order.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded 14 days beyond the forecasted time, please contact us at support@urbaneparadise.com to conduct an inquiry.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number from which they will follow their shipment's progress based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. 

You can also click on 'Track my order' (on the home page menu bar) to view your order status.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter or created an account on our website, you will view your entire order history(including past orders) by clicking on my account icon on the home page. 

Parcels Damaged In Transit

Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods, as displayed on the website.

Cancellations

 If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed its investigation into the claim.

Process for parcel lost in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
